These terms and conditions govern all users of Project Y Biotech products and the www.projectybiotech.com website. These must be agreed upon before any purchases can be made.

The products we offer are intended for research use only. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges the risks involved with the use of these products. These chemicals are NOT intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or for any purpose other than research.

The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to use it in infringement of any patent. All products must be handled by qualified and properly trained professionals.

All customers represent and warrant that they are fully aware of:

  • Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products.
  • The health and safety hazards associated with handling the products they purchase.
  • The necessity of adequately warning others of the associated health and safety hazards.

If not agreed, the sale will be denied.

Purchaser Responsibilities

The purchaser acknowledges that Project Y Biotech and www.projectybiotech.com products are intended solely for research use.

The purchaser affirms that:

  • The products have not been tested by Project Y Biotech or www.projectybiotech.com for safety or efficacy in food, drug, device, cosmetic, or commercial use.
  • They will test, use, manufacture, and market the products responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • They will ensure that materials made from the products are not adulterated or misbranded as defined in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

The purchaser further acknowledges that these products may not be listed in the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and takes responsibility for ensuring their TSCA compliance, if applicable.

Hazard Verification

The purchaser is responsible for verifying hazards and conducting research necessary to understand risks. Unless otherwise stated, no products shall be considered food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic.
